What this document is
“แบบขอใช้บริการแจ้งที่พักอาศัยโดยระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตของสำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง” is the application with which a property owner, landlord or hotel (ผู้ประกอบการ) asks the Immigration Bureau for access to file TM.30 notifications of foreigners’ residence online instead of on paper.
The form is in Thai only, with one page to fill in: part 1 is the applicant’s details, part 2 is for the immigration officer.
Who files it and where
- hotels, guesthouses, apartments, and owners or landlords of homes where foreigners stay and who must file TM.30;
- the form is published on the Immigration Bureau and Bangkok Immigration websites; check with the immigration office in your province where to submit it and whether a paper application is still required;
- questions about the system — contacts printed on the form: hotel@immigration.go.th, 0-2285-5142.
What the form asks for
- title, first name and surname of the applicant, position;
- name of the establishment (hotel, condo, residence);
- contact address: house no., moo, soi, road, subdistrict, district, province, postal code;
- telephone, fax and e-mail (login details are sent there);
- signature, printed name and date (Buddhist Era year).
What is usually attached
- a copy of the applicant’s Thai ID card or passport;
- documents for the property or business (for example the house registration, title deed or hotel licence) — as the office requires;
- a power of attorney if a representative applies.
The form does not list attachments — check them with the immigration office.
How to fill it in with FoxDocs
- Open the chat on this page and give the establishment, address and contacts in any language.
- The assistant fills in the Thai form and converts the year to พ.ศ.; owner data from your TM.30 profile is filled in automatically.
- Download the PDF, sign it and take it to the immigration office.
